This is the EASIEST most DELICIOUS bread you will ever make. Just add warm water to the dry ingredients included and gently mix…No tedious kneading! After mixing, just cover and let sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours before baking. This extremely simple process will yield a bold flavor! Your dinner guests will be asking, “Where did you buy this?”. For best results, bake in a Dutch Oven or a ceramic pot with a lid.
JUST ADD WARM WATER and Yeast Packet (included) **Mix 12-18 hours before baking** Empty entire bag into large mixing bowl. Add included yeast packet. Mix together. Add 1 1/2 cup of warm water. Mix with large spoon and finish with hands until the dough looks wet. Add more water if needed. Cover with plastic wrap and leave for 12-18 HOURS. Dust flour on working surface as the dough will be very sticky. Do NOT use non-stick spray. Place Dutch oven or ceramic pot on the middle oven rack.
Pre-heat the oven to 500 F with the pot. Pull pot and place dough in the center. Place the lid on the pot and return to the middle oven rack for 17-20 minutes. Remove the lid and keep in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until desired golden brown crust. Remove the loaf from the pot and let rest for 15-30 minutes before serving.
